All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–11 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delays

MAGSEAL is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
